1.Daily Inspection and Maintenance
•Appearance Inspection: Regularly check the appearance of security systems swing gates turnstile for scratches, deformation, or damage. Clean the dust and stains on the surface in a timely manner to keep the gates tidy.
•Function Testing: Conduct daily function tests on the gates, including checking if the card swiping, facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, and other functions are normal. At the same time, inspect if the gate doors open and close flexibly and quickly.
•Fastener Inspection: Check if the fasteners of the gates, such as screws and nuts, are loose. If any are loose, tighten them promptly to prevent faults caused by looseness.
2.Regular Maintenance:
•Lubrication Maintenance:Regularly lubricate the transmission components of the gates, such as gears and bearings. Use dedicated lubricants and apply them as per the instructions.
•Cleaning Maintenance: Regularly clean both the interior and exterior of the gates, especially the sensors, card readers, and other components. Use a clean cloth for wiping and avoid using wet cloths or chemical solvents.
•Electrical Inspection: Regularly inspect the electrical components of the gates, such as the power supply and wiring. Ensure that the electrical connections are good and there are no shorts or opens.
3.Fault Handling
•Gate Fault: When the gate fails to open or close normally, first check if the sensors are working properly and if there are any objects blocking them. Secondly, inspect if the transmission components are damaged or stuck. Replace damaged components as needed.
•Card Swiping Fault: When card swiping fails to recognize or respond slowly, check if the card reader is damaged or dirty. Clean the surface of the card reader to ensure good contact between the card and the reader. At the same time, check if the card swiping system is working normally.
•Power Fault: When the gates fail to start, first check if the power is on and if the fuse is blown. Replace the blown fuse or repair the power line as needed.
